Edwin Lubari is an accomplished public health professional with more than 15 years’ experience cross multiple Australian jurisdictions, including Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia, and the Northern Territory contributing to youth development, health promotion, community engagement, and policy-level health equity initiatives. Edwin’s formal qualifications include Master of Public Health, Graduate Diploma in Clinical Epidemiology, Bachelor of Health Promotion, and a Diploma of Management.
Edwin brings strong leadership skills and experience in strategic planning and operational oversight. Edwin has played key roles in community development and population health, previously serving as a Youth Support Coordinator with Youth and Family Services (YFS) in Logan—one of Australia’s most diverse communities. His leadership extends to governance and community representation, including serving as Social Affairs Coordinator for the Queensland African Communities Council, a member of the Brisbane South Primary Health Network Community Council, and Secretary for the Barkly Regional Ministerial regional health Committee in the Northern Territory.
