Barnie is a seasoned executive, non-executive director transformational leader. His professional journey spans diverse industries and sectors such as community services, business, hospitality, financial services, across not for profit, public, and private sectors. He has been Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer of a number of organisations in these industries.
He is a passionate advocate for support to mental health, migrant and refugees and homelessness prevention.
Barnie holds two legal degrees, is a qualified Barrister (South Africa), has various financial qualifications and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
